To carry out activities like Process Design, P&L preparation, specification data sheet & basic engineering calculations.
To generate project specifications, design philosophy, PFDs, P&IDs, calculations, operation manuals to comply with clients’ requirement.
To carry out process simulations and develop heat and material balances.
Co-ordination with service departments for carrying out Process Troubleshooting.
To carry out process design for reactors, columns, drums, heat exchangers, tanks and develop respective process datasheets.
Should have plant commissioning experience.
To carry out hydraulic design for pumps, compressors, blowers and develop respective process datasheets.
Conducting experiments at Kilo Lab/ Pilot Plant & effectively generating data for Designing of Commercial Scale Plant.
To conduct or attend P&ID design reviews, HAZOP, 3D model reviews.
To make & ensure accuracy and completeness to design requirements and concepts of design outputs, datasheets and drawings .
To support the Commissioning Team during plant or unit startup.
To coordinate with Project Team and other Department Engineers to facilitate smooth progress of engineering work.
To perform other functions that may be assigned by Department Manager.
Has to be computer savvy & expertise in AUTO CAD.
Should have exposure to or worked in following departments:
a. Technical Services.
b. Process Design.
c. Front End Project Engg (BEP).
d. Technology Development.SKILLS
Ability to use computer equipment and peripherals to carry out routine computing tasks.
Good knowledge in AUTOCAD and Microsoft Office, software knowledge like PRO/II, HYSYS, HTRI (Optional)
Possess good communication and technical skills.
Strong leadership qualities and analytical and reasoning abilities.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical information, contracts reports, international codes and standards.
