They collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. They are responsible for:
  • Developing and maintaining high-quality UI components and visual design guidelines that enhance the overall user experience.
  • Implementing responsive designs using modern frameworks such as React JS and Tailwind CSS.
  • Engaging actively in the Agile/Scrum development process, participating in sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive project progress.
  • Creating interactive prototypes that effectively demonstrate design concepts and facilitate stakeholder feedback.
  • Maintaining strong communication with team members to present ideas and concepts clearly and confidently.
  • Continuously optimizing user interfaces based on user feedback and testing to ensure usability and accessibility.
What You Will Need to Have:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI development.
  • Proficiency in React JS and Tailwind CSS (Mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript frameworks.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum software development processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.
  • Track record of working within large enterprise teams and/or start-ups.
What Would Be Great to Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of additional front-end technologies such as TypeScript or Redux.
  • Experience with usability testing and gathering user feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD for creating prototypes.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices in UI design.
