Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Primary responsibility will be training and observation of trainees with respect to their performance against established training objectives and recommendation of additional skill requirements as needed.
  • Train new, entry-level employees (Freshers) & Lateral hires
  • Identify training gaps in the team and develop a plan with Training Manager for retraining sessions. Will be responsible for successful implementation of retraining sessions.
  • Develop and update RCM & Prior Authorization Training content and material.
  • File claiming
  • Outbound calls handling
  • Research account denials and file written appeals, when necessary.
  • Evaluate the information received from the client to determine which insurance to bill and attain necessary attachments or supporting documentation to send with each claim.
  • Document in detail all efforts in CUBS system and any other computer system necessary.
  • Verify patient information and benefits.
  • Appeal accounts in writing.
  • Draft letters to clients
  • Assist in developing general training instructions, checklists, and audio-visual aids. Responsible for creating required training modules.
  • Perform all training activities in compliance with all company and US healthcare & federal regulations.
  • Maintain files of training materials. Maintain organized log(s) of all training conducted.
  • During non-training or non-production periods the trainer would be involved in conducting Refresher trainings, preparation of training manuals, understanding & learning the process specificities of the various Pre-Auth projects.
  • Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through Training need analysis (TNA feedback).
  • Amending and revising Pre-Auth training programs as necessary based on industry updates and client mandates.
  • Keeping Skills Alive - Production on live account for dedicated hours a week
Audit associates & Audit the Auditor as applicable.Work Experience Requirement:
  • Min 3 years' RCM & Prior-Authorization experience
Qualification:
  • Any Graduate / Postgraduate

  • Strong interpersonal skills, good communication skills, and ability to effectively work with and train employees, both freshers and experienced. Should have an aptitude to learn new things. Ability to read, write, and perform basic computer operation. Must be a self -starter, highly motivated, organized, and able to prioritize.
