Position: Aeronautical design with composite materials (8 to 12 yrs) Years of Experience: 8 to 12 years B.E (Polymer Technology) Preference: Prior working experience in ADE, NAL, ADA, ARDC, ADE or in Aerospace OEM. Involved in composite design of structure in aerospace field Job Details: Candidate will be part of Design & engineering Function, responsible for meeting customer and internal commitments in UAV design. Should have a good Planning skills and able to understand the technical requirements of customer input documents and make detailed analysis. The skill sets required are Domain Knowledge of advanced composites materials/ products/ processes/ manufacturing technology Experience in composite allowable values defining and providing testing standards. Experience in Composite Analysis and design Experience in product design - identification of materials, deciding physical, chemical and mechanical properties and finalising for product level testing requirements. Approving of composite drawings with manufacturing documents. Able to use 3D software like CATIA V6, composite modules. Approving of GD & T, Tolerance Stack Up analysis. Domain knowledge of design and analysis of tools / jigs/ fixtures. Knowledge in MS office tools (like word/ Excel/ Presentation) Good Communication & interpersonal skills. Experience in Defence & Aerospace projects like UAV, LCA, Saras. Approval of Design documents/specification preparation, Report Preparation & testing document.
