We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team, with a strong focus on Recruitment and HR Operations. This role requires a hands-on individual who can manage end-to-end recruitment processes, support HR operational functions, and ensure smooth onboarding and compliance with internal policies.Responsibilities:Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboardingTrack, monitor, and ensure adherence to recruitment TAT (Turnaround Time)Facilitate new hire activities, including induction, orientation, and onboarding essentialsManage background verification and complete required documentation (nomination forms, etc.)Maintain accurate records for new joiners and employee exitsProvide guidance to employees on HR policies and proceduresEnsure HR processes are compliant and efficiently managedRequirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment and HR OperationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesHigh attention to detail and organizational skillsGood understanding of HR policy frameworks and operational complianceThis is a contract RoleJob location BangaloreFor more information, visit or follow us on LinkedIn .Mitel is committed to achieving workforce diversity and creating an inclusive working environment.
