Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters. Interprets customers’ needs and clarifies if the responsibility for problem resolution falls to sales personnel, customer support reps or engineers.You will:Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of information requires evaluation of identifiable factorsDevises solutions based on limited information and precedent and adapts existing approaches to resolve issuesUses evaluation, judgment, and interpretation to select right course of actionWork is done independently and is reviewed at critical pointsTake the first step towards your dream career
