- Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.
- Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers.
- Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
- Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering (should be full-time)
- Proven experience in Field Sales, Sales & Marketing, and Business Development for MV Switchgear, handling direct end users and EPCs.
- Expertise in enquiry generation, offer submission, techno-commercial negotiations, and sales execution, including product promotions, presentations, and customer engagement.
- Strong track record in order handling from a sales perspective, covering drawing submission, inspections, revenue monitoring, payment collections, and overdue management.
- In-depth knowledge of MV Switchgear portfolio including AIS, GIS, RMU, CSS, and Circuit Breakers.
- Familiarity with tools and software such as SFDC and SAP (SAP experience preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills, with the ability to drive business growth in competitive markets.
