Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will also engage in design discussions, ensuring that the applications align with business objectives while maintaining a user-centric approach. Your role will require you to balance technical expertise with creative problem-solving, contributing to the overall success of application development projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Talent Management. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with requirements gathering and analysis. - Ability to create detailed functional specifications. - Familiarity with user experience design and usability testing.
