Design and execute data models and dashboards extensively using Power BI with high proficiency in DAX
Analyze large healthcare or supply chain datasets to identify trends and actionable insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting needs
Write efficient, high-quality code using SQL and Python
Present findings through compelling data narratives to technical and non-technical audiences
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to data governance best practices
Business storytelling and communication skills for translating complex data into actionable insights
Maintain high accuracy under tight timelines and manage multiple deliverables
Ownership of data analytics and reporting, building analytical models and resolving data discrepancies and anomalies
Leadership of junior analysts and cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
4+ years of SQL, Python and BI tool experience
Experience in US healthcare provider or supply chain systems/analytics
Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant data handling

Preferred Qualification:

Exposure to predictive modeling or machine learning
