Hiring for Identity and Access Management - Bangalore, KolkataKey Responsibilities:Manage and maintain IAM systems and solutions (e.g., Okta, SailPoint, Azure AD, CyberArk).Administer user access provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC).Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Federation solutions.Collaborate with IT and business units to define and enforce identity governance policies.Monitor and audit user access and behavior to ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related incidents and service requests.Assist in the design and execution of periodic access reviews and certification campaigns.Support IAM integration with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise applications.Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and threats in the IAM space.
