We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager-Acquisition (Current Account) to join our Retail Banking team in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.As a Deputy Manager-Acquisition (Current Account), you will be responsible for acquiring new customers for our Current Account products and services. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our retail banking business and achieving our sales targets.Key Responsibilities:- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking.- Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and preferences.- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to promote our Current Account products and services.- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.- Collaborate with other teams within the bank to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers.- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the retail banking business.- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Knowledge of current account products and services is preferred.- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for growth and development within the organization.
