As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. Role Description This is a Healthcare Recruiter role located on-site in Noida Sector 16. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing qualified healthcare professionals in various roles within our client organizations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of staffing solutions while maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Qualifications Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years experience as a recruiter in healthcare recruitment, with a strong understanding of healthcare roles and qualifications. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (JobDiva) and other recruitment software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to healthcare staffing (preferred).
