- Review and approve purchase requisitions for indirect goods, services, and CAPEX.
- Create and manage purchase orders in line with procurement policies.
- Confirm orders with suppliers and follow up to support on-time delivery.
- Monitor supplier performance and raise issues with category or strategic buyers.
- Answer procurement-related questions from internal and external partners.
- Promote the use of approved buying channels and e-catalogue solutions.
- Support first-level system and accounts payable enquiries.
- Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.
- Ability to manage purchase orders and supplier communication effectively.
- Confidence working with digital purchasing or ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a global procurement environment.
