- Must have a strong experience of managing a holiday sales team
- Must have strong domain knowledge and is able to instill confidence in sales team
- Ownership of sales targets individual/team
- Manage sales team for B2C Channel (both International sales: Long Haul & Short Haul)
- Maintain a daily rigor of sales and drive the sales from each team member
- Undertake a review on frequent basis to ensure sales performance as per plan
- Drive growth and improvement through people development
- Regularly coach and develop team members
- Pro-actively identify new business opportunities to increase sales
- Strong interpersonal & leadership skills
