TDS houses our advanced technology acquisitions, homegrown products & applications, actively participates in new M&A and partnership activities, delivers critical insights as part of our integrated strategy for customers and drives enterprise-wide adoption and change management for innovative tech & data solutions. Our work supports getting meaningful new medicines to patients faster, with greater positive impact.This position supports our business goals by designing user interface, visualization layer and the overall experience for new software products in support of our customers.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESUI/UX Design:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital products in Figma.
- Design intuitive user interfaces that enhance the user experience and usability.
- Ensure consistency in design elements and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing results.
- Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows and interactions.
- Optimize user journeys and task flows to improve overall usability.
- Implement best practices for interaction design and user interface animations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
- Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively to team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
- Actively seek feedback and opportunities for skill development.
- Share knowledge and contribute to the growth of the design team.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.
- Relevant certifications or courses in UI/UX design are a plus.
- 5 years of experience in UI/UX design or related roles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect designs.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to explore innovative design solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Openness to feedback and constructive criticism.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn from peers.
