Vice President – People & CultureLocation: KanpurRole OverviewThe Vice President (VP) of People & Culture will be a key member of the leadership team,responsible for building and executing the organization’s people strategy. This role will overseeall aspects of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, organizational development,employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, compensation & benefits, HR operations, andcompliance. The VP will act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and senior leaders, shaping theworkforce and culture to support growth and performance.Key Responsibilities Define and lead the People & Culture strategy aligned with business objectives. Partner with the CEO and leadership team as a trusted advisor on all people matters. Drive talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development. Build a high-performance, inclusive culture that values diversity, equity, and belonging. Lead employee engagement and well-being initiatives to enhance retention andproductivity. Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR operations with a data-driven, compliantapproach. Champion organizational design, workforce planning, and change management. Ensure policies and practices meet legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.Qualifications 10+ years of progressive HR leadership, with 5+ years in a senior executive/CHRO/Headof People role. Proven track record in HR strategy, talent management, culture building, andorganizational development. Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and evolving workforce trends. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
