Reporting to: Finance Manager / CFO
Employment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and receivable.Process sales and purchase invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GST and tax regulations.Monitor daily transactions, including inventory costing and movement.Conduct monthly and year-end closing processes.Prepare accurate financial reports, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.Support statutory audits and internal financial reviews.Coordinate with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams for data accuracy.Ensure timely payment of vendor bills and follow up on receivables.Manage TDS, GST filings, and other regulatory compliance.Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.Strong understanding of inventory accounting and cost controls.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle).Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.Advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
