- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as espresso, cappuccino, and latte, ensuring high-quality standards
- Take customer orders and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the cafe, including regular cleaning of equipment and workstations
- Operate coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders
- Assist in inventory management and stock control of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and cash handling
- Educate customers about different coffee blends, brewing methods, and honey-based products
- Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth cafe operations
