Manager - Piping EngineerTotal Experience: 15-17 years (Should have minimum 10-12 years of relevant experience)Education: B.E or PlusLocation: PuneOffice Timing: 09:30 AM to 6:30 PM ( Monday to Friday)Job Description for both the above requirement.·Study customer specifications and pre-order document and correspondence.·Study P&ID, Process calculations and layout.·Prepare Design plan, Design Input list and Design output list with respect to Project schedule.·Prepare Piping material specifications, Painting specifications.·Review drawings and quotation of items listed in e) and prepare Technical Bia Analysis.·Perform calculations to check adequacy of deign.·Co-ordinate with Piping stress analysis vendor wherever necessary ad check effect of the same in piping and supports.·Attend Kick off meeting and weekly review meeting for the job.·Check inputs required for design for adequacy.·Check design output whether it meets design input and project requirements. This involves Layout, Skid GA, Skid frame, supports and Piping.·Interface with external design agencies.·Attend Kick off meeting with customer wherever necessary.·Conduct co-ordination meeting with Basic and Electrical and Instrumentation department.·Conduct various design reviews and maintain records as well maintain various logs as per ISO procedure.·Participate in ISO internal as well external audit.·Address NCR from Shop/Site and queries from Fabricator. Add the feedbacks in Lessons Learnt and use them as checklist in future Projects.·Check model at 30%, 60% and 90% stage in line with checklist and customer specifications.Key Skills:·Piping Mechanical & Skid Design experience.·Piping & Plant layout engineering experience.·Equipment layout preparation.· Detail Engineering.·30%, 60%, 90% 3D Model Review experience.·Piping thickness calculation (Manual) experience. (Piping - Calculation - Able to read & Interpret the result of structural & piping analysis)·Piping material specifications experience.·Line list preparation experience.·Valves selection experience.
