Senior Field Service Engineer

• Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of complex industrial machinery and systems
• Conduct thorough diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and optimize performance
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product reliability and customer satisfaction
• Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation of all field activities
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all field operations
• Manage multiple service projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices
• Travel extensively within Prayagraj, within the state of UP, and other locations within the Northern part and surrounding areas to attend to client sites

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)or Diploma ( Electrical OR EEE)
• 5-7 years of experience in field service engineering, preferably in industrial equipment maintenance and repair
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for complex machinery
• Extensive knowledge of industrial equipment and systems, including their operation and maintenance
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Project management abilities and attention to detail
• Familiarity with safety protocols and industry regulations
• Experience in implementing preventive maintenance techniques and conducting root cause analysis
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel extensively within Prayagraj and surrounding areas
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for reporting and documentation
