As a 'Payroll - Analyst' you will be responsible for processing payroll and remitting statutory remittance accurately and timely for APAC location. You would be responsible for maintaining emphasis within the team on deadlines, quality, knowledge, communication, data privacy, control procedures and continuous improvement on performance standards in a multi-country payroll environment. You will be a part of the team which believes in continuous enhancement to create efficiency with robust controls. If you are curious and have a passion to evolve and bring in continuous change, you may be the perfect fit for our team Job Responsibilities Be a self-motivated and result-oriented individual with an ability and experience to manage, motivate and lead teams of skilled staff consistently Complete employer obligations around tax filing and other regulatory reporting Interact closely with Payroll vendors to ensure timely and accurate service delivery Co-ordinate with all stakeholders including all HR teams for business needs Managing External and Internal Audits Lead projects connected to HR Operations deliverables Ownership of process, knowledge documents, and team performance and development Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Graduate with 7-9 years/Ops Experience Exposure to process improvement tools, people & process management Knowledge of multinational payroll and SAP or other payroll processing ERPs Excellent organization and time management skills.
