Join our dynamic Global Product Management Team specializing in Electronics & Electrics within the Aftermarket sector. You will be stationed at Gurgaon , directly reporting to the Global Head of Product Management, Electronics & Electrics, located in Lippstadt, Germany.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive business analytics, providing essential reports to central product management regarding:
Overall E&E business progression on a global, regional, and country level.
Detailed Product Group performance analysis on a daily, monthly, and annual basis.
These analyses are crucial for evaluating the impact of strategic actions and pinpointing potential opportunities and risks.
Drive continuous enhancement and refinement of existing reporting mechanisms.
Champion digital transformation initiatives by integrating advanced automation tools such as Power BI, SAP analytics, and Palantir.
Oversee the Product Launch and Deletion protocols, initiating and monitoring digital workflows to ensure timely completion and addressing actively cross functional counterparts to solve bottlenecks, under the guidance of the Global Launch Manager.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONSA Master's degree in a Commercial discipline, with a focus on Controlling, Sales Reporting, or Financial Analysis.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Controlling, Business Analysis, Pricing, or a similar strategic capacity.
Proficiency in handling large datasets with tools like MS Office (particularly Excel and Power Query); familiarity with SAP, Data Warehouse, and Power BI is advantageous.
Exceptional analytical abilities with a track record of managing substantial data volumes and formulating standard reports.
Unwavering commitment to precision and meticulous attention to detail.
Collaborative mindset complemented by excellent communication skills.
Fluent in Business English, with a strong track record of intercultural, social, and team collaboration.
