Go-To-Market & Launches: Design and execute GTM strategy for new launches. Define product positioning, packaging, price lists, and marketing collaterals. Drive architect, dealer, and channel engagement through training & launch events.
Market & Competitive Intelligence: Track competitor portfolio, pricing, and design trends. Conduct consumer and dealer research to identify gaps & opportunities. Recommend product introductions / discontinuations based on insights.
Marketing & Sales Enablement: Partner with Sales for channel programs, trade marketing, POSM, and training. Support retail & project sales teams with effective product knowledge tools. Ensure alignment between brand promise, customer expectations, and category delivery.
