For more information, visitWe are looking for a Product manager to join the Bloomreach Discovery product team. Bloomreach empowers businesses to deliver personalized experiences across their digital channels. Transformative commerce experiences, powered by personalization.You will be responsible for SEO and commerce integrations of our Discovery product. Our e-commerce Search and Recommendations product is an industry leading product - recognized by Forrester as a Leader in the . We power 25% of US & UK online retail traffic and are significantly investing into improving our e-commerce focused product suite utilizing the latest AI technologies. This role is part of our Discovery product team and will report into our head of product for Merchandising and Growth.Your responsibilities:
  • You are an expert voice of our users, which you use to inform product execution, delivering on complex features from inception to launching. You ensure our standards for quality are met so the features we ship meet the requirements you set and that these features are adopted by our users.
  • You collaborate with the head of product to shape our product strategy for the years to come of two products you'll be responsible for. You will be setting and executing on a strong vision that is based on data for how we will achieve the business outcomes we set in our big bets for two products:
  • Bloomreach SEO - that drives visibility and discoverability in search engines through organic traffic by optimizing indexing of pages through a Widgets API for items and related products as well as thematic pages.
  • Commerce integrations - to integrate pixel and feed data through commerce backends like Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, Commercetools, Salesforce, SAP etc. Taking into consideration work on our SDKs and how to make integration easier for our integration partners
  • You own the strategic initiatives and develop the business case for new product improvements to existing products, and business ventures that help us in our go to market
  • You will be the subject matter expert for SEO and Commerce integration within our Discovery product, working closely with customer success teams and customers. You own the business outcomes end to end.
  • You will be researching market fit to drive product differentiation. You'll have a thorough understanding of competitors and our competitive market, which you use to build a differentiating product.
  • You translate feedback from customers, pair it with insights you retrieve through both quantitative and qualitative research that infuses your decision making and impacts product metrics
  • You rally stakeholders for the business outcomes we focus on to make sure the outcomes we care for as a company are met and are willing to make hard prioritization trade-offs between strategic projects.
  • You work with stakeholder teams across the company and customers to refine and extend the quality of output we deliver from product work to process improvements
  • You regularly report on our business outcomes and course correct where necessary
  • You track meaningful metrics to measure product success and leverage data to make informed decision. Adjusting strategies dynamically to achieve business goals.
You have the following experience and qualities:
  • Professional Experience
  • 3 years in E-commerce, working for either a SaaS vendor, a leading E-commerce company, or E-commerce Systems Integrator
  • 4-7 years experience in B2B SaaS Product Management
  • You have a deep understanding of SEO and experience working on it
  • You have some experience integrating or working with commerce backends
  • Proven success as a Product Manager (launching impactful features)
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams

Your success story will be:
  • In your first 30 days you will focus on getting familiar with the organization
Understanding the product and organization, establishing relationships with key stakeholders, introducing yourself to key customers using these products and kicking off market analysis. This will help you shape a hypothesis around where to take the products you'll be responsible for.
  • In your first 60 days you will have a strategic framework to think about the improvements you'll want to make
You will finalize and present the strategic roadmap and vision for your products to the Discovery product leadership team for feedback. As you get your key performance indicators and dashboards in place to make sure you're tracking the right improvements. You will regularly participate in prioritization meetings and run your first project to prioritize an upcoming feature.
  • In your first 90 days you will have a good feel for how to start executing and conviction around your product strategy
You will oversee the launch of your first few feature releases made with the team and collaborate closely with PMM, services, sales and engineering to get the project shipped on time. You will help prepare materials that explain the enhancements' value propositions for customers and proceed planning for the coming quarter of feature work.After this you will keep full product ownership of your product features, taking priority calls with conviction that is founded in customer feedback to drive meaningful business outcomes.More things you'll like about Bloomreach:Culture:A great deal of freedom and trust.
