Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, creating design specifications, and ensuring that the applications align with business objectives. You will also engage in discussions with team members to refine designs and address any challenges that arise during the development process, ensuring that the final product meets the highest standards of quality and functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. - Design application specifications that align with business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM Security. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with security configurations and role-based access controls. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively. - Familiarity with integration processes and data management within Workday.
