A premium global furniture brand is looking for a Business Development Manager to grow its dealer network in North India.The company operates design-led retail furniture experience centres across Asia and is expanding rapidly in India. The Delhi showroom in Kirti Nagar is the key hub for the North India dealer expansion.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and onboard large-format retail furniture dealers across North India- Build and manage a dealer/distributor network for premium furniture lines- Train dealer staff on product features and brand representation- Work with internal teams on marketing, display, and logistics- Ensure effective visual merchandising and sell-through from dealer outlets- Travel extensively to meet dealer prospects and manage channel performanceRequirements:- Graduate (MBA preferred) with 5-10 years of B2B sales/channel experience- Experience in furniture, home interior, or mattress industry required- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills- Familiarity with retail dealer models, store display, and visual merchandising- Self-motivated with strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities- Location: Delhi- Work Days: Monday-Friday (Saturday availability when needed) (ref:updazz.com)
