- Identify and develop new business opportunities for specialty lubricants in the Bearing and Automotive industries across Gujarat.
- Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, industry events, and digital platforms.
- Conduct thorough market research to assess industry trends, competition, and customer needs.
- Engage with key decision-makers, OEMs, and end-users in the bearing and automotive sectors to build and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Conduct technical discussions and recommend suitable lubricant solutions based on customers' operational requirements.
- Demonstrate the value proposition of Klüber Lubrication products by showcasing their technical benefits and cost savings potential.
- Address customer concerns, handle objections, and provide prompt solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and manage sales through channel partners to optimize coverage and service efficiency.
- Work closely with sales support and planning teams to ensure product availability and smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Capture customer visits, sales opportunities, and relevant reports in the CRM tool for tracking and forecasting.
- Analyze competitive products and market trends in the automotive and bearing segments to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide inputs for product improvement and new product development based on customer feedback and market research.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and technical conferences to enhance brand visibility and knowledge-sharing.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, HSE (Health, Safety & Environment), and quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including technical, R&D, and marketing, to drive business growth.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
