Hiring for Oracle EBS Technical Consultant - PAN INDIAJob Summary:We are looking for a skilled Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 (or 11i) to design, develop, and support customizations, interfaces, extensions, and reports. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Oracle development tools and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Develop and support RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) components.Customize and extend Oracle EBS modules using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and OA Framework.Design and build inbound and outbound interfaces using APIs and open interfaces.Create reports using BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, or XML Publisher.Work with functional consultants to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions.Participate in system integration, testing, and performance tuning.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to custom and standard EBS functionalities.Provide production support, enhancements, and documentation.Ensure adherence to Oracle best practices and security standards.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.4–8 years of experience in Oracle EBS Technical roles.Strong PL/SQL development skills.Expertise in Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, XML/BI Publisher, and Workflow Builder.Hands-on experience with EBS modules such as Financials (AP, AR, GL), SCM, HRMS, or Projects.Experience with EBS R12 (or 11i) architecture and data structures.Familiarity with Client (Application Object Library), FND tables, and personalization techniques.Knowledge of Oracle APIs and open interfaces.Ability to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
