By acting upon shared values, companies and their people find the means to out behave and outperform.About the role:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Testing professional with experience or knowledge in AI to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing AI-based applications and systems developed by LRN. This includes designing and executing test plans, analysing test results, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.Your responsibilities will include:

Develop comprehensive quality assurance processes and test plans specific to AI/ML models.
Test AI/ML models at different stages of development to identify errors, and points of failure and ensure accurate results.
Collaborate closely with developers to identify and troubleshoot issues during the development process.
Utilize AI/ML debugging, profiling, and analytics tools to assist in testing and issue identification.
Write, design, and execute automated tests by creating scripts that run testing functions automatically; • Maximize test coverage for the most critical features of the system.
Highlighting risks in the scrum meetings.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

At least 3+ years of professional experience in quality assurance, with a strong background in software testing methodologies and processes
Hands on with AI/ML concepts, good understanding of common machine learning algorithms, and tools and NLP.
Good Automation testing knowledge using programming languages
Must have worked in Agile/scrum methodology
Solid knowledge of QA best practices, including test planning, test case design, defect/test management, and Bugs reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
