Work You’ll Do:Oversee financial department employees, including financial assistants and accountants.Prepare business activity reports, financial statements, and forecasts.Make sure financial legal requirements are met.Developing financial review procedures and designing internal reporting systems to ensure financial performance is aligned with company’s goals.Direct financial planning and strategy.Analyze and report on financial performance.Oversee audit and tax functions.Develop and implement plans for reporting.Team:This role will be setup in the Hillenbrand Global shared service Organization – Coimbatore, India. This role will have the opportunity to work with and learn from teams that are geographically diverse (Asia, Europe, and North America)Basic Qualifications:CA/CMA with minimum 10 years of experience in finance management.Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals/US GAAP/IFRSGood communication skillsStrong leadership qualitiesExcellent interpersonal skillsSound knowledge of accounting fundamentals/US GAAP. Auditing experience. Compliance oriented.
