You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.As a Sr. Software Engineer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions in cloud.
Design, develop, and deploy applications and services in a containerized environment using Java, Spring boot, Hibernate, Jenkins and SQL.
Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software.
Create security and data protection settings.
Write technical documentation.
Interface with other teams to resolve complex issues that have implications beyond your own area
Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.

QualificationsWhat your background looks like

Proven experience as Software Engineer Developer or similar role.
Experience developing web applications, API and microservices.
Desire experience in AWS including EMR, EC2, Terraform, Lambda, S3, Cloudwatch, VPC,
Knowledge of Java, Hibernate, SQL.
Knowledge of front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
Experience with scripting languages Python, Bash
Previous experience testing across multiple platforms (API, web.)
Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, SolR), web servers (e.g. Apache).
Knowledge and experience in Agile framework using Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket
An analytical mind
Great attention to detail
Strong communication skills when responding to internal and external partners.
