- Own delivery performance across engineering and operational teams in Pune.
- Ensure predictable execution, quality, and SLA adherence.
- Drive delivery governance, capacity planning and performance metrics.
- Act as escalation point for site-level delivery issues.
- Partner closely with global engineering and product leaders to ensure alignment.
- Build and scale high-performing engineering teams.

- Introduce measurable engineering KPIs (velocity, defect density, cycle time, reliability).
- Work closely with global leadership teams.
- Operate confidently in global governance forums.
- Translate stakeholder expectations into structured delivery plans.
- Provide clear, fact-based communication and reporting.
- Build strong trust with global counterparts.
- Build a performance-driven, high-energy site culture.
- Set expectations for accountability and outcomes.
- Create leadership depth within the Pune center.
- Reinforce FNZ values while adapting to a fast-scaling India context.
- 15+ years of experience in technology and engineering leadership.
- Strong hands-on foundation as a developer in early career.
- Demonstrated experience building and leading large engineering teams.
- Experience in scaled Agile environments (SAFe, LeSS, or equivalent).
- Experience working with UK and/or US stakeholders in global setups.
- Prior exposure to GCC environments or product companies preferred.
- Experience operating in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
- Technically credible and respected by engineers.
