They prospects superior resource sites, develops, finances, constructs, owns and operates utility-scale renewable energy projects with focus on building on-shore wind and solar PV facilities to generate clean and reliable energy.Job description:
- Overall wind form knowledge essential.
- Ensure all site works are carried out adhering to safety precautions and quality.
- Monitor and inspect all site electrical works.
- Providing correct information to the management on the progress of site activities.
- Maintaining good relationships with contractors, stake holders, local people and employees. Excellent track record with delivery success.
- Co-ordination with OEMs/EPCs/Contractor/Vendors, Site Manager and execution team with respect to project schedules.
- Updating project plans regularly and preparing catch up plans if required.
- Extensive usage of planning tools with respect to resources daily performance matrix and course corrections.
- Preparation of project budgets along with development teams and supply chain / procurement teams.
- Budgeting operating cost and site overheads in line with optimal execution timelines.
- Monitoring and controlling budgets during project execution and invoicing approvals.
- Cash inflow and outflow projections.
- Risk register or issue mapping and mitigation plan to be communicate with GM-Ops/CXOs.
- Vendor Invoices.
- Managing scope changes.
- Quantity estimation and approvals as per the budget.
- Coordination with stores for quantity variations.
- WCC,GRN documentation support from site.
- Communication protocols/requirements for various approvals with Nodal agencies.
- Compliance register.
- Payments tracker.
- Coordination with Finance and Accounts.
- Plan Vs. actual.
- Budget variance analysis.
- Resource performance baseline and performance benchmarks for developing project execution level KPIs.
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly project reports.
- Quantity estimation and variance analysis.
- Bridge between QEHS team & site team for any support.
