Job Description: Site Engineer (Automation Company)Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning: Interpret project drawings, specifications, and plans to ensure accurate implementation.2. Site Management: Oversee sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.3. Team Supervision: Lead and manage site teams, including contractors, labourers, and other engineers.4. Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify defects, and implement corrective actions.5. Cost Management: Monitor and control project expenses, ensuring adherence to budgets and forecasts.6. Communication: Coordinate with design engineers, contractors, clients to ensure project deliverables are met.7. Problem-Solving: Resolve site-related issues, including technical problems, conflicts, and delays.8. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular project reports, including progress updates, safety records, and financial statements.9. Safety Management: Ensure site safety, implementing measures to prevent accidents, injuries, and illnesses.10. Compliance: Verify compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.Requirements1. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in B-Tech, BEE or a related field.2. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar industry.3. Certifications: Should have proper license or equivalent certification.4.
