Oversee daily operations and maintenance of wind and solar assets, including manpower, maintenance schedules, budgeting, and reporting.
Monitor plant performance and KPIs to maximize energy generation and plant uptime.
Supervise O&M contractors to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and operational SLAs.
Implement and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Ensure timely troubleshooting and resolution of technical faults to avoid downtime.
Maintain accurate records related to site operations, maintenance logs, incident reports, and equipment inventories.
Lead contract execution, vendor negotiations, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Train and mentor site teams on operational procedures, safety, and technical upgrades.
Manage spare parts inventory and optimize procurement to ensure availability and cost control.
Coordinate with local authorities, government departments, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with statutory and environmental requirements.
