- Collaborate with the team to design and develop applications using various OpenText Exstream products (versions 9x/16x) based on high-level solution documents
- Apply technical expertise to develop and deliver customer-focused CCM solutions
- Work with input formats such as JSON, XML, CSV, and reference files, and output formats including PDF, AFP, Archive, EMAIL, HTML, and EMPOWER
- Handle document data-processing and post-composition processing using OpenText Exstream
- Manage design components such as search keys, placeholders, tag sets, design layers, language layers, campaigns, and messages
- Drive assigned tasks independently to completion by effectively coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain active communication and relationships with all relevant stakeholders
- Participate in Agile delivery processes
- Minimum of 2 years of strong technical experience with OpenText Exstream and other Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions
- Proficient knowledge of OpenText modules including Design Manager, Designer, Control Center, Communication Server, Communication Builder, and CAS
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) principles
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Passion for technology and a proactive willingness to learn
- Experience working in Agile methodology environments
- Ability to work independently and manage deliverables without supervision
- Willingness to work across multiple time zones
- Ability to conduct end-user training and business workshops
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies
- Strong consulting mindset with attention to detail and quality delivery
