Location : MohaliCity : MohaliState : Punjab (IN-PB)Country : India (IN)Requisition Number : 34229Role: Global HR Data Governance LeadFunction: Enterprise Data Management (EDM)Designation: ManagerReporting to: Global EDM LeadSUMMARY OF ROLE:Leads enterprise Human Resource (HR) Data governance to deliver Bunge's Global Data governance for HR data, Data Quality and Data Governance projects. Accountable for driving successful implementation of Data Quality and Governance solutions across all geographic regions and Bunge's businesses. Has broad responsibility for driving alignment across multiple business functional areas to define and execute project scope and deliverables.This role is viewed as a techno-functional expert in the HR master data management domain. He will be required to collaborate with a multiple Bunge stakeholder spread across the globe from Business, IT and others stakeholder in order to define and achieve a mutually agreed outcome in the HR master data domains.This role is expected to work closely with:

Business Data Owners to ensure alignment with domain priorities such as getting data rules & requirements.
Business functional area leaders to ensure scope & deliverables are aligned to business needs.
IT team to provide functional domain expertise around HR Data
Work closely with technical Solution Architects from IT group to ensure alignment to solution direction.
Bunge Business Services leaders to ensure governance solutions are globally standard and regionally tailored.
Delivery Partner teams (both internal and external) to ensure requirements, specifications, design and delivery are high quality and meet business expectations

Domain subject matter expert in the Master Data governance in HR data and data quality measurement. Deliverstechnical and functional leadership for complex master data solutions and can mentor others in the organization. Mayprovide work direction / general guidance to other team members as a functional and technical leadKEY FUNCTIONS:1. Drives implementation of master data governance solutions on time and without affecting or impacting business processes.2. Builds relationships with internal and external service providers and support teams to ensure effective project delivery.3. Maintains in-depth understanding of processes and capability needs for HR master data.4. Creating and maintaining data policies; significant contribution to strategic direction on governing master data.5. Proactive analysis of business processes and identification of innovative ways to address business needs and address them appropriately in a timely manner.DEPARTMENT SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS AND REQUIEREMENTS:1. Direct experience delivering Data Governance / Data Management solutions.2. Hands-on knowledge of key technologies in SuccessFactors Core HR (Employee Central), Talent Management (Recruiting, Performance, Onboarding, Compensation, Succession and development)3. Excellent knowledge and domain expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central4. Experience with Data Dictionaries and Metadata management.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE:Education required/ preferred:

Any Bachelor's degree (MBA degree or equivalent will be preferred but not a must)

Experience:

Minimum 10-12 years of professional experience in HR Administration and HR Data management

Experience of working in a multi-country stakeholder / client environment

Excellent working knowledge of HR Administration processes from Hire to Retire

Experience in the role of Function lead / Functional architect / data architect in Global HR environment

Prefer hands-on experience in Master data domain independently

Strong experience in working directly with business stakeholder driving requirements workshop, finalizing and

prioritizing requirements, negotiations and business stakeholder's expectation management

Good understanding of Data Life Cycle Management and HR Data Lifecycle and process is a MUST

Strong experience in working closely with SuccessFactors Employee Central processes, data and interface

Experience with FMCG / CPG (Consumer Products Group) organizations is preferable

Strong leadership skills with experience managing project teams in offsite and remote locations.

Able to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones
