- Business Data Owners to ensure alignment with domain priorities such as getting data rules & requirements.
- Business functional area leaders to ensure scope & deliverables are aligned to business needs.
- IT team to provide functional domain expertise around HR Data
- Work closely with technical Solution Architects from IT group to ensure alignment to solution direction.
- Bunge Business Services leaders to ensure governance solutions are globally standard and regionally tailored.
- Delivery Partner teams (both internal and external) to ensure requirements, specifications, design and delivery are high quality and meet business expectations
- Any Bachelor's degree (MBA degree or equivalent will be preferred but not a must)
- Minimum 10-12 years of professional experience in HR Administration and HR Data management
- Experience of working in a multi-country stakeholder / client environment
- Excellent working knowledge of HR Administration processes from Hire to Retire
- Experience in the role of Function lead / Functional architect / data architect in Global HR environment
- Prefer hands-on experience in Master data domain independently
- Strong experience in working directly with business stakeholder driving requirements workshop, finalizing and
- Good understanding of Data Life Cycle Management and HR Data Lifecycle and process is a MUST
- Strong experience in working closely with SuccessFactors Employee Central processes, data and interface
- Experience with FMCG / CPG (Consumer Products Group) organizations is preferable
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing project teams in offsite and remote locations.
- Able to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones
