Job Description: Preferred Skills FICO Consultant must have the chemical industry experience and worked on the standard FICO customized functions. FICO consultant must have S/4 HANA experience to work on innovation and new functional changes, perform analysis of existing business processes, and provide improvement recommendations. He/She must have in-depth knowledge of Month end closing Demonstrated the comprehensive knowledge of different SAP modules, including SAP Financial Accounting (FI), SAP Funds Management, costing elements, and master data. FICO should collaborate with cross-functional teams, seamlessly integrate finance processes with other SAP modules such as Sales and Distribution (SD) and Financial Supply Chain Management enabling data consistency and holistic business insights. FICO consultant must possess the technical acumen to configure, customize, and integrate cross modules to align with business requirements FICO should be able to work independently to debug the issues; even if the issue can't be resolved immediately, he/she should be able to provide the workaround solutions to the business. Good to have Skills Minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP Minimum 7+ of experience in SAP FICO supporting ECC and S/4 HANA Minimum one full lifecycle implementation in SAP FICO Experience communicating technical and business issues/solutions to all levels of individuals, including managers, directors and executives Experience in complex SAP environments, supporting multiple SAP components preferred.
