The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR best practices, business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.If you're looking for challenges and opportunities similar to those of a startup, with the benefits of a seasoned and successful company, then read on:Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's overall goals and objectives. Proactively identify HR needs and create plans to address them.Operational: Overseeing, compiling and verifying the monthly payroll inputs to be shared with payroll. Additionally ensuring employee data compliancy and overseeing the accuracy and timeliness of the same. Overseeing and managing the employee background verification process to maintain timelinesOnboarding: Responsible for onboarding new hires as well as conducting HR Induction sessions as and when required as well as overseeing all joining formalities.Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance and support on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance management. Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Performance Management: Design and implement performance management programs to drive employee engagement, productivity, and development. Coach managers on performance feedback, goal setting, and career development.Organizational Development: Identify organizational development needs and collaborate with management to implement initiatives such as training programs, career development plans, and succession planning.Compensation and Benefits: Partner with the HR team to develop and administer compensation and benefits programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent. Provide guidance to managers on compensation practices and ensure compliance with legal requirements.HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and best practices. Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.Employee Engagement and Retention: Develop and execute initiatives to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Conduct employee surveys, analyze feedback, and recommend strategies for improvement.HR Data Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to drive insights and make data-driven decisions. Generate HR metrics and reports to monitor trends and identify areas for improvement.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a strategic HR role, preferably as an HR Business Partner.Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.Strong analytical skills and ability to utilize HR data for insights and decision-making.Proven ability to lead and manage HR projects and initiatives.Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks and to work independently.Good communicationsPerks:Day off on the 3rd Friday of every month (one long weekend each month)Monthly Wellness Reimbursement Program to promote health well-beingPaid paternity and maternity leavesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a strategic HR role, preferably as an HR Business Partner.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
