- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including filing of necessary documents with regulatory authorities.
- Manage board meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and resolutions, and ensure compliance with corporate governance standards.
- Maintain corporate records and registers in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance to the board of directors on corporate governance matters and regulatory changes.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and communicate updates to senior management.
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify compliance issues and develop mitigation strategies.
- Lead the Customer Service Department, overseeing a team of representatives to deliver exceptional service to customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive customer satisfaction.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure departmental performance and effectiveness.
- Conduct regular training sessions for customer service staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as legal, finance, and operations, to address compliance-related matters and support organizational initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between the Customer Service Department and other departments to facilitate communication and problem resolution.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities on compliance matters as needed.
- Qualified Company Secretary (ACS/FCS) with membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
- Minimum [X] years of experience in company secretarial functions, compliance management, and customer service leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance principles, statutory requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and knowledge of relevant compliance software.
