Implementation of quality requirements in the product development process
Design and optimization of control plans / test plans
Execution of sampling according to requirements of the automotive industry (PPAP, EMPB, PPF)
Dealing with customers for quality-related issues
To work closely with the Site Team to implement robust solutions and changes to manufacturing processes to improve quality and reduce waste.
Carry out quality and process Investigations as determined by the Head of Quality & EHS
To follow Company Quality Procedures, Standards and Work Instructions.
Work together with the Head of Quality & EHS to improve the quality management system based on audit results
Address customer issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
Coordination of the Quality Team on site
Calibration internal and external
Instruction: Right to give instructions for Environmental, Health & Safety of a site
Risk: Stop production in case of EHS risk is present or in case of non-conform products or process
Other tasks as needed

SIE BRINGEN MIT

BE/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical.
5 plus years' experience in a quqlity supervisory capacity in manufacturing operations.
Experiencing in leading a team of shop floor employees.
Knowledge of electrical insulation & implications in rotating machines.
Ability to increase process productivity.
Knowledge on material, machine and process
Good technical knowledge of the product
Good knowledge in ISO-Standards for Quality & EHS (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45000) etc.)
Good knowledge in Risk Analysis
Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
