Job Description: Business Vertical: Housing Line of Business: Operations Department: Operations Line Manager: Regional Operations Manager Location: No. of Positions: Designation: Cluster Operations Manager Grade: M2-M3 On the rolls of: TCHFL Job Dimensions Responsible for handling team: Yes Roles reporting into this role(Direct/Indirect):  Branch Operations manager/ Sr. Branch Operations manage  Operations Officer Contact or Interaction with: 1) Customers: 2) Channel Partners and vendors: 3) Regulators/Statutory Inspectors: 4) Internal customers Travel Required: Position Type: Fulltime Process Owner: 1) Operations Job Purpose  Ensure operations are running in a streamlined fashion in the assigned area leading to best customer experience Responsibilities Core Responsibilities: o Supervise the documentation and maintenance of records as per organizational process. o Perform adequacy checks on the customer information & information provided pertaining to loan proposal. o Supervise the repayment acceptance from customers as per guidelines downloaded by the company and RBI o Ensure periodic MIS generation related to the status of accounts / borrowers. o Manage the disbursal process of mortgage business loan files across branches and assume responsibility for branch operation compliance. o Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders (credit, collections and branch operations units) to ensure optimal communication and focus between sales and operations and within operations. o Work cross functionally with internal partners to develop technological solutions and to adapt and deploy new technologies to drive efficiency, correct deficiencies, and build greater consistency in processes o Introduce and implement the best practices for business operations across the assigned area, continually improving operational systems, processes and policies in support of the organization's mission o Oversee branches administration activities in the assigned area including coordination with IT, infrastructure, security, secured stationary (operations). o Ensure process level compliance through accurate document collection from customers and adherence to NHB/RBI regulations around KYC, AML, operational risk, customer service, etc. for branch operations o Ensure consistency with main operations center policies, procedures and workflow, while maintaining market specific practices necessary for competitive edge. o Facilitate best practice for customer centricity and take initiative for better customer feedback o Manage all types of audit at branch level and ensure nil observation for their respective areas
