Business Title: Engineering Manager, SoftwareJob Title: Software Engineering M18Job Summary:The Engineering Manager, Software leads a team of software engineers, QA engineers, Lead Software engineers and Lead QA engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant data solutions that power healthcare SaaS applications. This role combines strategic leadership with deep technical expertise in cloud-native development, healthcare compliance, and AI integration. The Engineering Manager will drive innovation, ensure alignment with organizational goals, and foster a high-performing engineering culture.The manager collaborates cross-functionally to integrate intelligent data capabilities into products and ensures alignment with healthcare compliance standards.Key Responsibilities:1\. Technical Leadership & Scalable ArchitectureExpertise in cloud-native development (e.g., microservices, containers, CI/CD).Ability to architect secure, scalable systems that meet healthcare standards like HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR.2\. AI Integration & InnovationExperience integrating AI/ML into SaaS platforms for predictive analytics, clinical decision support, and operational efficiency.Familiarity with AI model lifecycle management and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).3\. Healthcare Compliance & SecurityDeep understanding of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, FHIR).Ability to implement secure coding practices and data protection measures.4\. Strategic Execution & Agile DeliveryProficiency in agile and DevOps methodologies.Capable of aligning engineering efforts with business goals and managing complex project lifecycles.5\.
