Job Description: Tech LeadPosition: Tech Lead/Asso.Technical ArchitectExperience: 8-12 yearsLocation: PuneEmployment Type: Full-timeRole Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Tech Lead to oversee and guide the development of cutting-edge applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of backend technology .NET coupled with robust frontend expertise in React / Angular.As a Tech Lead/Asso.Technical Architect, you will play a critical role in driving the design, development, and deployment of scalable solutions while mentoring team members and ensuring adherence to best practices.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Drive technical decisions and provide architecture guidance to the team.

Ensure code quality through peer reviews, testing, and implementing best practices.

Identify and resolve technical challenges, optimizing performance and scalability.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to improve business processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

Backend Expertise: Proficiency in .NET

Frontend Expertise: Strong experience in React/Angular.

Extensive experience in designing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.

Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP).

Excellent problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of algorithms and data structures.

Strong communication and leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Prior experience as a Tech Lead or similar leadership role.
