- Generate fresh, platform-specific content ideas that align with patient and caregiver needs.
- Create social-first videos, reels, and static creatives — including fast, choppy edits that match current trends.
- Demonstrate evidence of growing social media pages through past work.
- Own the day-to-day management of Everhope’s social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Work with medical content expert and write blogs that are AI-free, plagiarism-free, and SEO-optimized, covering oncology, nutrition, and caregiver support.
- Craft compelling scripts and copy for explainer videos, performance ads, landing pages, and patient collaterals.
- Adapt medical information into empathetic, patient-friendly storytelling.
- Work closely with editors, creative directors, designers, and doctors to ensure content quality and accuracy.
- Liaise with external agencies for performance creatives, video production, and campaign support.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely publishing across channels.
- Write high-CTR ad copy for Google and Meta campaigns
- Collaborate with the in-house creative team to produce static ads, video ads, and campaign assets that are visually impactful and on-brand.
- Structure and review high-conversion landing pages
- 4-5+ years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, and social media management.
- Proven expertise in growing and managing digital-first brands, ideally in healthcare, wellness, or D2C.
- A strong grasp of aesthetics, storytelling, and brand-building.
- Hands-on experience with paid media content, influencer marketing, and community building.
- Exceptional writing, communication, and creative direction skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a pulse on performance marketing and content analytics.
- Ability to lead, execute, and scale content operations independently.
- Thrives in 0–1 and 1–10 stages—scrappy, fast, accountable.
