- Champion true Agile principles across teams by coaching, mentoring, and guiding engineers, QA, BAs, and Product partners toward high-maturity Scrum practices that eliminate waterfall tendencies and improve delivery flow.
- Drive quality-first execution by embedding quality practices into every stage of the SDLC refinement, development, testing, deployment-and ensuring teams adhere to strong Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) standards.
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, Retrospectives) and lead effective PI Planning sessions that drive alignment, transparency, and coordinated delivery.
- Build and maintain Agile playbooks, processes, and working agreements, ensuring teams have clear, consistent, and repeatable practices for planning, executing, testing, and releasing work.
- Manage team capacity, dependencies, and cross-functional alignment by working closely with Development, QA, Architecture, and Product to ensure realistic planning and removal of blockers.
- Oversee Scrum and release dashboards in Jira, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and visibility of progress, risks, quality metrics, and delivery trends for all stakeholders.
- Analyze team performance metrics (velocity, cycle time, defect trends, predictability) to identify bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proactively identify risks and impediments, manage conflict resolution, and partner with leaders to remove organizational and technical blockers impacting delivery or quality.
- Collaborate with Technical Leads and Product Owners to ensure backlogs are well-refined, prioritized, estimated, and aligned to customer needs and business value.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, fostering an environment where teams experiment, adapt, and consistently strive for higher quality, faster delivery, and delighted customers.
- 8 to 10 years
- BE/BTech degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Deep understanding of Agile-Scrum, SDLC methodologies, release management, change management, quality assurance, and systems analysis, supported by hands-on experience as a Developer, Technical Lead, Project Manager, or Senior Scrum Master.
- Strong technical background with experience in PLM platforms such as Windchill, Teamcenter, SolidWorks PDM, or Autodesk Fusion; or solid expertise managing or building J2EE-based applications.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software projects on time, with a history of coaching teams toward improved performance, predictability, and quality outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to present, negotiate, and influence effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to create contingency plans, anticipate risks, and proactively mitigate issues throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Advanced problem-solving abilities with the capability to navigate complex technical and organizational challenges while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple teams and simultaneous delivery streams.
- Expertise in project management disciplines including estimation, scope management, risk management, time management, conflict resolution, and quality oversight.
- Minimum five years of experience leading Agile delivery, large-scale implementations, or multi-team technical projects involving diverse software integrators and cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of application development, system architecture concepts, and the technical dependencies that influence software delivery and system integration.
