- Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs (G-code) for CNC Turning and Machining Centers based on engineering drawings and specifications.
- Ensure precise machining of parts and optimize programs for improved productivity and accuracy.
- Work closely with machine operators to ensure proper program execution and troubleshoot programming issues.
- Validate programs by performing test runs and making adjustments as needed to ensure part quality.
- Maintain documentation of programs and work instructions for future reference.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to meet production standards and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality protocols in programming and operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in CNC programming (Turning or Machining Centers) with strong knowledge of G-code.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Experience with machine setup and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize programs for machine efficiency and quality.
Qualification:
- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred. Experience 2 - 3 Years
Salary 2 Lac 50 Thousand To 3 Lac P.A.
