Coordinate pre-joining formalities Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure smooth integration of new hire Manage HRMS updates including promotions, transfers, and salary changes. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements. Maintain accurate employee records and documentation. Performance Management Facilitate goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals. Support managers in performance feedback and development planning. Maintain performance documentation and ensure timely completion of cycles. Employee Engagement & Relations Drive employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms. Address grievances and ensure timely resolution. Promote a positive work culture aligned with company values. Post-graduation specialization in Human Resources. Experience providing HR support to manufacturing and commercial teams in India, preferably with MNC Demonstrated strategic thinking capability and business acumen Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with all levels of the organization Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Proficient in MS Office Suite with strong hands-on experience
