The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong talent pipelines, and partnering with business leaders to attract and retain top talent.End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Industry-Specific Hiring: Focus on roles across real estate functions such as project management, construction, sales, leasing, and corporate support.Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through proactive sourcing strategies.Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver timely recruitment solutions.Employer Branding: Promote the company's brand in the real estate talent market through campus drives, job fairs, and digital platforms.Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices align with labor laws and organizational policies.Data & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and provide insights to leadership.#LI-TA1QualificationsBachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).6-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3-5 years in the real estate and/or construction sector.Strong knowledge of real estate roles and industry dynamics.Proficiency in ATS/HRIS systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver under tight timelines.Strong understanding of compensation structures and market benchmarking.Ability to drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring.#LI-TA1Additional Information
