- Updating the design of site, especially home page and product page from time to time
- Copywriting for website pages : About us, FAQ, Contact Us, Returns and Exchanges, Our Commitment to Change, Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy
- Site audits and frequent site updates to meet our goals
- Managing inventory and following up on retail team to make random checks from time to time
- Reviewing customer journey from time to time and improving it
- Preparing site for sales/festive seasons/collaborations/events/initiatives
- Ideating and implementing strategies to improve sales
- Creating and scheduling all email campaign (some of the promo copy as well)
- Tracking and analyzing performance and tweaking strategy to meet goals.
- Managing and scheduling posts and stories daily
- Creating graphics and and editing pictures
- Doing engagement with 15-20 social media accounts a day with accounts that are in alignment with our brand
- Answering customer queries, replying to comments on posts
- Tracking and analyzing performance and tweaking strategy to meet goals.
- Managing company email
- Creating and updating backend playbooks for processes related to the site, hiring and planning events/initiatives
- Company email management
- Doing onboarding, offboarding and rostering(only retail) of staff
- Generating payroll reports twice a month for part timers and once a month for full timers
- Managing timing updates if any of part timers via the clock in app
- Generating KPI reports and sending to Founder for monthly analysis
- Check reconcilitaion of the daily sales transactions, exchanges, returns and gift cards via xero
- Update the monthly expenses sheet
- Strategize with founder on how to decrease expenses
- Following up on replies, queries, sending out samples, planning physical visits etc
- Creating invoices for orders and tracking payment
- Ensuring orders are processed, communicating with manufacturers and delivered on time
- Searching for wholesaler sites to be on
- Searching for bazaars/pop ups to participate in Msia/Australia
- Searching for department stores to be in overseas
- You have at least 2 years experience ideally in being an Online business manager or a VA with a product based company.
- Experience within would be a strong advantage.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems and you're an effective communicator
- You have experience in Shopify and email marketing
- Able to manage yourself and your time effectively
- Detail oriented and high follow through
